Because each apartment is very spacious (80 sqm) and thoughtfully laid out with separate areas: two bedrooms, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a dining room with a large table for meals or work, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Via dell’Oca has long been famous for its artisan shops and is surrounded by wine bars, cafés, and restaurants.
